The 13-year-old Northeast Hardware Exhibition builds a golden bridge for hardware companies leading to Northeast, Russia, Japan, Korea and North Korea.
 
1. Northeast Market—Full of Commercial Opportunities and Great Demands
Rejuvenating the old industrial bases provides a lot of commercial opportunities to develop hardware. The construction of some new some new industrial projects, the improvement of industrial infrastructure, especially the promotion of equipment manufacturing and the market growth of mechanical hardware, mould making, relevant building hardware and decorative hardware push the development of hardware processing, selling and the specialized hardware markets. More and more specialized hardware markets are established in Shenyang, Dalian, Changchun and Harbin. On 6th, April 2010, State Council approved to establish “National New Industrialized Pilot Region for comprehensive supplementary reforms ” with respect to Shenyang Economic Zone and other eight provincially administered municipalities surrounded to implement “Integration of urban and rural economics”, which is another vigorous act of Central Committee to reconstruct northeastern old industrial base. Eight Features of 2010-Exhibition
1.      To comply with the market, the scale of exhibition unceasingly expands.
Over the past 13 years, the exhibitors of Northeast Hardware Exhibition increased year by year, and the booth was always in short supply. In 2011, the exhibition will achieve double increase of exhibitors’ quantity and quality by adjusting the layout of booth, optimizing exhibitors’ qualification, making full use of exhibition space and so on.
2.      As famous enterprises gathering, the industry influence more and more.
The annual Northeast Hardware Exhibition is the event of hardware industry, which attracts many well-known enterprises and famous brands at home and abroad. In 2011, it will continue to invite more Chinese and foreign famous enterprises and trade representatives by means of special equipment to display the enterprises image, deduce the inner beauty of hardware tools and demonstrate the influence of exhibition.
3.      Integrate and promote to strengthen the publicity.
Northeast Hardware Exhibition pays attention to publicizing the professional image of the exhibition, actively advertises on the mainstream newspaper, authority magazines, TV and signs of trunk road, cooperates with the professional media and trade associations, and makes use of the broad and comprehensive network to publish the information of the exhibition in the industry.
4.      Invite the buyers and build the purchasing platform
Based on the the professional visitor database, Northeast Hardware Exhibition will update the data of buyers and distributors from industrial enterprises and architectural decoration industry in 2011. Meanwhile making data update and increase every year is more targeted which will attract more high-quality professional visitors.
5.      Enhance service to promote cooperation.

品牌展区:中央大厅共468m2(左右各两块,面积分别为144 m2和90 m2),800元/ m2,仅限四家国外企业。
          2号大厅(位于展览馆中心,雄伟气魄),不设标准展位,参展单位必须特装,
36 m2起租, 700元/ m2
标准展区:1号厅、3号厅3m×3m标准展位5500元/个,角位上浮10%。基本配置包括:三面(或两面)展板、一条楣板、两只射灯、一桌两椅、一个5A/220V插座、地毯及午餐。
非标展区:1500元/个(一桌两椅,有背板)。

Central Hall is 468m2 in all (two at both sides with respective area of 144 m2and90 m2),¥800/㎡,limited to 4 overseas companies.
Hall 2(located in the center, magnificent),NO STANDRAD BOOTH. All that should be decorative, at least rent for 36m2,¥700/㎡.
 
Standard Exhibition Area
Hall 1,Hall 3, ¥5500/9㎡(3m×3m),corner booth increased by10%. Basic facilities: closed sides needed of the booth, lintel of company, two spotlights, one desk and two chairs, 5A/220V electric configuration(power current will be scheduled in advance ,with an extra ), carpet and lunch.

参展单位在收到邀请书后可直接向北方工商业展览有限公司提出申请,参展单位填妥参展合同书,经单位盖章认可后寄回或传真至北方工商业展览有限公司,北方工商业展览有限公司将按款到先后顺序安排展位,展位确定后请参展单位先付50%预订金。订金收到后即确认参展展位,并寄送参展手册,余额于2011年2月28日前付清即可。

Approach to Exhibition
If receive the invitation, the exhibitors shall apply to North Industry & Business Exhibition Service Co. Ltd directly. Fax or mail the Exhibition Contract back to North Industry & Business Exhibition Service Co. Ltd after the exhibitors complete and seal the Contract. North Industry & Business Exhibition Service Co. Ltd will arrange the booth sequentially. If the booth fixed, the exhibitors shall pay 50% as the down payment. Meanwhile, Confirmation comes along with the receipt of down payment, and the Exhibition Manual will be mailed. Kindly remit the balance before February 28th, 2011.

Promotional Activities
1.      Journals, newspapers, Internet, direct-mail ads, e-mails, TV, radio, mass SMS, preview, telecommunication and other ways are applied to provide exhibition with a full range of publicity and promotion. It is supposed to distribute 10 million tickets.
2.      Exhibition will cooperate with over 30 journals, 50 professional websites and 20 mass media to publish ads and more than 200 pieces of information to publicize and promote exhibition in various ways. Potential partner medias include: China Hardware, Hardware News, Global Hardware website, China Hardware Exhibition website, China Electric tool website, China and Russia border trade website, Industrial resource website, Today hardware website, Zhaolong hardware website, Electro-mechanical online website and so on. 
3.      National Hardware Commodity Trade Fair, China International Hardware Exhibition, China Hardware Expo and other exhibitors will distribute tickets and exhibition news in person to invite buyers at home and abroad. 
4.      Before and during exhibition, the main markets of Northeast China will hang exhibition banner ads to expand influence.

参展资格
申报单位应为国家工商业管理局注册的企事业单位,参展产品经各级主管部门鉴定取得合格证明,并且有一年以上使用期。
Qualification for Participating in Exhibition
Submission units shall be registered by National Administrative Bureau of Industry and Commerce, and shall get certificates of exhibition products verified by competent authorities at all levels which expires in a year.

Attentions 
Exhibition catalogue: the Exhibition catalogue with colorful images and texts will be distributed to user units and visitors. The size of the proceedings is 210mm by 285mm.
To guarantee the catalogue to be published on time, exhibitors shall complete the colorful ads before 20th, February 2011 with respect to the number of ordered booth in the format of PSD with above 300 picture pixels.
